Poly Lumber is made of High-Density Polyethylene, also know as HDPE. It’s a strong and durable building material made from recyclable plastic that is derived from common house hold items such as milk, detergent bottles, and cutting boards. This material is first cleaned in a decontamination process to a purity level of over 99% HDPE. Then, it’s compounded into solid board stock material. The resulting product is highly durable and environmentally friendly, as it contains over 90% recycled material.
